Makers and Partners (MAP) is an International Business Consultancy firm originating from Ghana. We provide assurance and advisory services in Auditing, Tax, Accountancy, ESG and Carbon Trading, HR Management and Corporate Advisory services. The firm is licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and has partnership arrangement and representation with International Consulting Firms in the United States of America, United Kingdom, India and Germany.

Meet Our Partners
He is a Partner of the Firm, a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE-USA). He holds a Chartered Diploma in Forensic Audit and is a member of the Institute of Chartered accountants Ghana. He also holds a MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ghana.
Nii Addo Mensah is a top management executive with over 16 years of professional experience in assisting businesses to navigate the complex field of transactions and deals including Audit, Taxation, due diligence, Forensic Audit, investment appraisals, Risk Management, Business Advisory and business valuations. He has also acted as a Private liquidator under the Companies Act of Ghana. He continuous to give strategic direction to Company in the Oil and Gas, Commerce, Construction, Waste Management, Transport, NGOs, Agricultural, Gaming industry
As a Fraud Examiner, he has carried out Forensic Audit or Investigation for companies operating in various sectors of the Ghanaian Economy.
As a Professional he has work with international Companies in Uk, Belgium, USA, South Africa, Nigeria that have presence in Ghana. Nii Addo Mensah has experience in dealing with Ghanaian Governmental Institutions like the Ghana Revenue Authority, the Registrar General of Ghana, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, the Gaming Commission of Ghana, Ghana Free Zones Company, the Environmental Protection Agency, Ghana Commodity Exchange, the Security and Exchange Commission and many other Government bodies.
Emmanuel Nii Addo Mensah
Alfred is a Chartered Accountant and a Partner of the Firm. He holds a Chartered Diploma in Forensic Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute. He holds a MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ghana and a BSc in Accounting (2nd Class Honors – Upper Division) from the University of Professional Studies.
Currently he is a student with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG), Final Level 1.
Alfred has over Ten years of work experience in financial and operational audit (Auditing Financial Statements of Multi - National Companies, Small & Medium Scale Enterprises and Public Institutions) and tax auditing and investigation (Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Personal Income Tax (PIT))
He has provided Audit and other Financial Advisory services including taxation and accountancy under different capacities to a portfolio of clients including Oil & Gas, Financial institutions, Commercial and Service organizations.
He has vast experience in dealing with Government institutions such as the Ghana Revenue Authority, Registrar Generals Department and Social Security & National Insurance Trust.
Alfred Nii Ayitey Aryee

Dip Business Management, Recognized Ethics Supporter, Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Certificate in Digital Money, MIT IDSS Certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning, Advanced Dip. ESG, Certified Line Manager Coaching & Mentoring.
Neneh is a business advisory expert with over 21 years of experience having worked with Business Leaders and Management Teams in both Government and Publicly listed organizations in Ghana, India, South Africa, Liberia and Congo
Prior to joining Makers and Partners, Neneh worked with Scancom Plc (MTN Ghana), National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Westminster Primary Care Trust, United Kingdom, Discovery Tel and Reggieot & Associates Chartered Accountants. He has consulted on World Bank projects in Ghana where he provided institutional review for capacity building for projects under Ghana Irrigation Development Authority. He also conducted due diligence review for the appointed company administrator for Onango Ghana Limited (a fintech company).
He has led transformational projects that has helped clients build robust systems to fights and reduce fraud. He has also supported business in building an ethical programs and corporate governance structures through inputs into the development of PPPs and Internal Controls to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, efficiency and effectively in business operations. He has used machine learning models and data analytics to unearth insights for business to mitigate risks and to drive opportunities for growth.
He has also supported initiatives in Sustainability & Climate Risk Management, ESG Advisory, GHG Emissions Mitigation Advisory, Carbon Trading, Carbon Credit, Carbon Accounting, IFRS S1 implementation for Oil & Gas, Financial Institutions and Telecom.
