He provides strategic leadership across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, construction, commerce, agriculture, gaming, and NGOs.
He has worked with international companies across the UK, Belgium, USA, South Africa, and Nigeria, and has significant experience engaging with key Ghanaian regulatory bodies such as GRA, GIPC, RGD, EPA, SEC, and the Gaming Commission.
Alfred Aryee is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in financial audits, tax audits, and investigations across multinational companies, SMEs, and public institutions. His expertise includes VAT, CIT, PIT, and broader financial advisory services for clients in oil and gas, financial services, commerce, and other sectors.
He holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance, a Chartered Diploma in Forensic Audit, and is currently advancing his tax certification with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. Alfred works extensively with regulatory bodies such as the GRA, RGD, and SSNIT.
Wilfred Neneh Addico is an advisory specialist with over 21 years of experience supporting leadership teams across Ghana, South Africa, India, Liberia, and Congo. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Compliance Officer, and holds additional credentials in CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001, digital finance, ESG, and data science.
Neneh has led major transformation, governance, and risk management projects, including fraud-reduction systems, corporate governance frameworks, internal controls, and digital finance initiatives. He has worked with organizations such as MTN Ghana, NHIA, and Westminster PCT (UK), and has consulted on World Bank projects.
His expertise extends to sustainability, climate risk, ESG advisory, carbon accounting, and IFRS S1 implementation. Neneh is passionate about helping businesses innovate, scale, and strengthen ethical and operational excellence.
COP (Mrs) Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah is a law enforcement professional with more than 30 years of experience out of which 20 years have been focused on financial crime detection and investigation duties at the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service, the Public and Private Sectors.
CoP Maame Yaa Tiwaa is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Forensic Accountant and a Chartered Tax Practitioner. She is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), Ghana. She is an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. She holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance Option) Degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
She is currently the President of the Ghana Police Ladies Association, and Past President of the Association of Women Accountants, Ghana.
